- Bio hotel developed by a German
organic farmer as the first eco hotel in Morocco. The renovated
building includes the oldest traditional bath in Essoauira and
is used by locals as a therapy bath. The restaurant serves food
produced on their own organic farm at Meskala. Environmental
systems includes solar floor-heating in the bedrooms and a used
water recycling system. Linens are made with organic cotton;
mattresses and pillows are filled with allergenic Kapok.

Medina, that has recently been renovated to become a comfortable
guesthouse with seven rooms. The Riad gives you the opportunity
to discover the secret life of the town including the labyrinth

Mountains.

part of the work this hotel does is in marking and protecting
turtle eggs until they hatch. They hire workers from the local
village, and do business with the local community. Accommodation
is in sixteen thatched bungalows in a garden setting all with
modern facilities and sea view. They also offer snorkelling and
fishing from their own traditional longboat.
