Online booking: simple online booking. Price does
include taxes (unlike Ryanair) but watch out for extras such
as 'speedy boarding' (why? you don't get there any quicker) and
charge to take baggage.
Environmental policy: clearly stated environmental
policy given prominence on the website. opprtunity to offset
your carbon emmissions. Much play is made of the better performance
of newer aircraft and the fact that they fly directly from less
congested hubs, but no definite targets apparent.
