for taking advantage of the spectacular walking, surfing and
scenery of the Penwith peninsular at Sennen Cove near Land's
End. Minutes from both the beach and the coast path, the newly
built cottage is tucked into the hillside and boasts a green
wildflower roof and solar panels. Positioned above the harbour,
it catches the sun whilst being sheltered from the Atlantic winds,
but has a panoramic view of the beach. In the winter, there is
a log burner to keep the chill at bay and the well insulated
walls and roof keep it nice and cosy. A perfect retreat at any
time of year for up to four people. Top Cottage is just nine
miles from Penzance railway station where bikes and
cars are available for hire. A regular year round bus service
runs to Sennen Cove.

and shared swimming pool, set in an orchard. Enjoining fantastic
views, the lodges are clad in English cedar insulated with pure
lambs wool with environmentally friendly green roofs, one with

car tyres. A reed bed has been dug and planted to purify the
water from the septic tank. Breakfast is available from the farmhouse.
