is modeled on a traditional Cree dwelling, the landmark Shabatwon

are hiking trails and camp sites, or it is a short boat ride
to James Bay where beluga whales and seals can be seen at certain
times of the year. There is abundant wildlife including moose
and caribou, pike and trout, geese, eagles and many other species
of migratory birds. Activities include winter camping, cross-country
skiing, star gazing, bird watching, whale watching, nature tours,
river tours, kayaking and canoeing.
