Combined Heat and Power (CHP) unit that guarantees clean, green
electricity and heat supply. A complete recycling system for
all waste is in operation -organic waste is composted for the
vegetable gardens. St Martin is supplied by a private spring,
and on-site, rainwater is collected in a large underground tank
for irrigation.
