Kibò Farm, Sicily -www.kibofarm.com
- An independent, family-owned
and operated organic farm which has been in the Di Salvo family
for four generations. Accommodation is original and rustic,
with thick stone walls, traditional wooden roof beams, and hand-laid
plaster. It features two private, eco-cottages catering for 6/7
or 4/6 people respectively. The Di Salvo family run all aspects
of the farm from pruning trees to creating product designs, and
follow a green ethos in business and in life. They have
a firm belief that nothing should be wasted and a natural balance
with your environment must be maintained. They offer organic
cooking courses, organic gardening courses, textile design courses
